The Storehouse at Foulis Ferry catered for Sarah and Scott’s wedding recently and I wanted to share a post about their wedding meal because it was so wonderfully unique.
After the starter was served, guests waited for the main course to arrive as usual. However it was instead announced that one person from each table was to come up to the front. They were presented with an apron, a chefs hat and a dram by Sarah and sent back to their tables. In due course a huge roast beef arrived for each table and the nominated “chefs” had the job of carving for their table. As soon as this all began to happen the whole room just lit up with excitement and laughter. A truly unique and fun way to serve a wedding meal!
